​My professional aviation career started in high school while loading/unloading passengers and baggage on helicopters running scheduled service to Copenhagen International Airport (CPH) from multiple cities lining the Swedish west coast along the Straight of Öresund.

 

Completing a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation Technologies and Management from Western Michigan University the career path took me through airline baggage and ramp operations, the ticket counter and station supervisor before moving into general aviation in 1998.

 

While gaining invaluable experience in the roles of charter sales, dispatch and flight operations management, my interest in complex computer systems and to continuously improve business processes resulted in the development of a Microsoft Access based quoting and trip planning tool.  This effort set the stage to become an innovator in the industry, leading several flight departments from "analog" grease boards to digital scheduling systems.

 

After successfully converting both Chrysler and General Motors' flight departments into the digital age in the early 2000's, I transitioned from Operations to Information Technology, responsible for enterprise and line of business operations systems, business analysis and network administration.

 

Most recently serving as Vice President of Business & Information Systems and with a total of over 11 years of service at FlightWorks, Inc., a CARB approved carrier, Aircraft Management and Private Air Charter company, I decided to start Precise Digital Solutions to continue serving the industry with strategic advise and solutions to enhance efficiencies and help companies gain a competitive edge.
